M. A. Freiherr von Richthofen, † 1918, otherwise known as the legendary Red Baron was the most successful fighter pilot in World War I. He flew to most of his assignments in planes which had been painted red. His fame was born out of his chivalrous, fair behaviour towards friend and foe alike.
